The Russian government has announced that the list of countries that are taking unfriendly steps towards their companies and citizens has been approved. The countries on the approved list were a matter of curiosity.
WHICH COUNTRIES ARE IN THE LIST OF NON-FRIENDLY COUNTRIES TO RUSSIA?
The list of unfriendly countries published by Russia includes the USA, European Union countries, United Kingdom, South Korea, Japan, Ukraine, Switzerland and Singapore, as well as 15 other countries that impose sanctions on Russia.
Anguilla, British Virgin Islands, Gibraltar, Iceland, Canada, Liechtenstein, Micronesia, Monaco, New Zealand, Norway, South Korea, Australia, Albania, Andorra, United Kingdom (England), San Marino, North Macedonia, Singapore, Taiwan, Ukraine, Montenegro, Switzerland and Japan.
Russian President Vladimir Putin issued a decree on March 5, and ‘unfriendly’ countries were submitted to the government for approval.
With the decree, Russian companies were allowed to pay their debts in rubles to companies in ‘unfriendly’ countries.
