What is the second Prime Day? Same as Prime Day 1. In 2022, Amazon called the 2nd Prime Day “Prime exclusive offers.” In practice, it is the same as Prime Day. These are exclusive offers for Prime members over a short period of time.
However, you shouldn’t expect the same good offers as on Prime Day in July. The best deals of the year usually don’t hit the market until Black Friday.

2. Amazon Prime Day 2023: Dates, tips and offers
When does Prime Day 2 take place? The 2nd Prime Day 2023 will officially take place on October 11th and 12th. Amazon has now confirmed this.
Amazon has stated that there will also be a second Prime Day in 2023, but has not yet given a specific date. The second Prime Day will definitely take place in October.
How long does Prime Day 2 last? Prime Day usually lasts 2 full days. It starts at 12:00 a.m. at night and then continues for 48 hours until 12:00 a.m. Last year (2022) the day took place on October 11th and 12th.
Who can take part? You definitely need a Prime membership. In 2022, Amazon called the days “Prime exclusive offers.” In practice, however, it is the same as Prime Day: with a Prime subscription you can use the offers, everyone else is excluded.
According to colleagues at PC World, you cannot use a short-term trial membership for these offers in order to be able to buy the deals. However, this has not yet been confirmed or denied by Amazon. What is certain is that you need a Prime membership.

Black Friday takes place despite the 2nd Prime Day
Will there still be Black Friday offers? Yes, Black Friday or Cyber Week at Amazon should not be affected by Prime Day. These offers will also take place in 2023, but significantly later. Here you should expect mid-November 2023.
The so-called Black Friday takes place in the USA on November 24, 2023. In the USA, this is the day after Thanksgiving, when Christmas business traditionally starts.
