The police have opened a preliminary investigation into murder since a young man died after a suspected assault in Gothenburg.
The man was found in a wooded area by Bergsjön in the city on Sunday evening after the police were alerted to the scene, which Göteborgs-Posten was the first to report on.
The man was taken to hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The circumstances surrounding the death are still unclear. The site was cordoned off for a technical examination during Sunday evening. No one has been arrested.
