(Finance) – OVSas part of the share buyback programme, announced that it had purchasedbetween September 7 and 13, 2023, in the aggregate 57,820 ordinary shares (equal to 0.020% of the share capital) at the average unit price of 2.1747 euros, for a countervalue equal to 125,741.60 euros.
Following the operations carried out so far, the clothing leader in Italy has a total of 20,534,818 own shares in its portfolio equal to 7.0585% of the share capital.
Meanwhile, on the Milanese stock exchange, the performance of OVSwith a decline of 0.37%, reaching 2.152 euros.
