Area ban or denial of residence?
With a residence denial area, the mayor designates a part of the city where there is persistent structural nuisance. Within that area, the police can immediately ban people who disrupt public order. For example, you may no longer be welcome in the area for 24 hours. If you violate the law again, it will be one month or two months.
Someone who repeatedly causes nuisance may also receive an area ban. Then you may not be welcome somewhere for a longer period of time. For example, a reporting obligation can also be linked to an area ban.
