The court rules that this is not the case in this case.” The court calls it “frivolous” that the healthcare worker went to sleep twice during his shift. According to the court, the fact that the healthcare worker did not report anything to his colleagues on the morning shift was because the employee thought “things would get out of hand, as was usually the case”.
