(Finance) – WIITin execution of the resolution passed by the Shareholders’ Meeting of May 5, 2021, announced that it had purchased from 28 February to 4 March 2022, in total 18,500 treasury sharesat the average unit price of € 29.9994 per share, for a countervalue overall of 499,487.98 euros.
Since the start of the program, the company active in the Cloud services market for critical business applications has purchased 18,500 ordinary shares (equal to 0.066% of the share capital equal to 2,802,066.00 euros), for a total value of 499,487.98 EUR.
Following the purchases made so far, WIIT holds a total of 1,256,663 treasury shares, equal to approximately 4.48% of the share capital equal to 2,802,066.00 euros.
Meanwhile, in Piazza Affari, WIIT moves downwards, with prices aligned at € 25.52 for a 2.00% drop.
