(Finance) – With reference to the public takeover offer (OPA) mandatory totalitarian on the ordinary shares of Digital360a company listed on Euronext Growth Milan which aims to accompany businesses and public administrations in understanding and implementing digital transformation, D360 Holding (the offerer) has communicated that CONSOB has ordered the restart of the deadlines of the administrative procedure aimed at approving the Offer Document.
The investigative terms, therefore, will expire on September 25th 2023.
