Extremely tough superhero series starts this year on Amazon Prime and the trailer looks really good

Extremely tough superhero series starts this year on Amazon Prime

Marvel is “only” releasing two series on Disney this year: Secret Invasion and Loki Season 2. Little came from DC in 2023 and even The Boys are taking a break from Amazon Prime this year. The rescue: the first The Boys spin-off, Generation V.

The probably most violent superhero series of the present has offspring – and we mean that quite literally. The original is about the morally depraved versions of Thor, Superman and Captain America. The spin-off sheds light on a young generation of the dirty Avengers. The new trailer promises a lot and shows that the spin-off doesn’t have to hide from its role model when it comes to gore:

The long and extremely gory trailer for Generation V

Generation V – Trailer 1 (English) HD

The clip, which is almost two minutes long, pays a lot of attention to a The Boys cartoon by Ant-Man, among other things. However, what the trailer shows has nothing to do with Paul Rudd’s family-friendly shrinking adventures. Memories of a traumatizing scene from The Boys season 3 are awakened.

What is Generation V about?

Generation V revolves around young college superheroes who must learn to use their powers. They will also compete against each other while their hormone levels go haywire.

When is Generation V coming out?

Generation V will be on 29 September 2023 on Amazon Prime start. The spin-off bridges the waiting time for The Boys season 4. Although it has already been filmed, many of the dialogues in the Amazon series are only written in post-production and subsequently spoken by the stars.

As the screenwriters are currently on hold due to the Hollywood strike, it is not known when The Boys Season 4 will be finalized and released.

Not only Generation V: The 15 best series starts in September on Netflix, Amazon and Co.
