Attention, there are massive ones to come spoiler!

A few years ago, nobody would have believed that we would ever see this moment in a Star Wars series. However, Ahsoka Season 1 Episode 4 features a very special encounter in a very special place: Ahsoka Tano meets Anakin Skywalker – in live action!

The foundation of this encounter was laid back in 2008 when the animated film Star Wars: The Clone Wars was released. This is where we got Ahsoka as Anakins Jedi Padawan presented. In the series of the same name, which ran intermittently from 2008 to 2020, the two have had many adventures together.

In the 4th episode of Ahsoka, the Jedi played by Rosario Dawson falls into a chasm and gets trapped in the world between worlds back to himself. This is a place completely detached from space and time. We first saw him in the Star Wars Rebels animated series.

It is in this mysterious place that Ahsoka hears the words “Hello Snips” and a digitally rejuvenated Hayden Christensen emerges from the darkness as Anakin Skywalker. Snipes is Ahsoka’s nickname in The Clone Wars. Master and student are reunited, but Darth Vader’s theme is already announced on the soundtrack.
