(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Turkish Airlines announced thepurchase of ten Airbus A350-900s to be delivered between 2025 and 2027. The Turkish airline is working on a maxi plan to upgrade its fleet, which is set to double in the next decade, through an order for around 600 aircraft, a third of which are wide body.
At the end of the year Turkish Airlines will increase from 419 to 435 aircraft in the fleet, while in 2024 there will be around 470 to then reach 500 in 2025 and 600 by 2028, with a capacity growth of between 7 and 10% over the next five years.
