“We’ve been playing mobile games for 7 years” – Trymacs makes fun of his own content on Twitch

Maximilian “Trymacs” Stemmler is one of the biggest streamers on German Twitch. The 29-year-old himself does not seem to be entirely sure whether this is justified.

How did that statement come about? Trymacs has just returned from filming survival show 7 vs. Wild and has some catching up to do. After all, a lot has happened in the meantime. For example, the TikToker Dilara conquered the German Twitch.

In a reaction video, Trymacs saw a short dance clip of the influencer in a Shego look. For the streamer it was “TikTok in its purest form”: you just dance. One viewer called it “ridiculous” that it could become famous. This prompted him to briefly reflect on his own content.

Trymacs says: “I don’t think it’s quite fair”

How does Trymacs view its own content? The Twitch streamer seems pretty disillusioned in that regard. After all, there are enough people who are bothered by his content that he seems to be aware of:

Yeah good. We’ve also gotten 30 hours of Frank Rosin now from some episodes that’s 10 years old, how he completely insults restaurants away. And a hundred thousand people are watching it. So I don’t think that’s entirely fair, I have to say.

Or we’ve been playing mobile games for 7 years and it’s so over the top cool and millions of people are watching it again.

Especially in the last part Trymacs can’t help but laugh. At the same time, however, he also seems almost a bit embarrassed, given the content for which he is known himself. Critics often refer to the 29-year-old as a “Pay2Win streamer” and are annoyed when, for example, friends can drag him to a higher rank in a game.

However, Trymacs has a healthy degree of self-mockery: He calls himself “a streamer without skills” and laughs at his massive spending on games – after all, that’s an investment in his content. You can find the whole reaction on the streamer’s YouTube channel, the topic starts at 05:16.

Who becomes famous for what on social networks is always such a thing. MontanaBlack, who is one of the biggest streamers on German Twitch, says of himself: He was in the right place at the right time, and his success has nothing to do with his skills.

The German Twitch streamer MontanaBlack gives an honest interview on ZDF: “I’ve never been good at games.”
