A 28-year-old gang criminal is suspected of the shooting death in Christiania this weekend, the Copenhagen police write in a press release.
He is suspected of having murdered a 30-year-old man and of attempted murder of four people.
The man was in custody on suspicion of another crime when he was arrested and detained in Vestre Fængsel on Thursday. Today he will be brought before a remand judge.
An 18-year-old man has already been detained for suspected involvement in the shooting, and the Copenhagen police are looking for more suspected accomplices.
