The trial against the man from eastern Blekinge begins today. He is accused of having assaulted a ten-year-old girl on repeated occasions over several years.
The indictment both concerns several counts of aggravated rape against children, several counts of aggravated child pornography offenses and offensive photography. The crimes must have taken place from 2019 to 2023.
– There is a plaintiff in the case, but I cannot go into how the child is doing or what kind of relationship they have had in the past due to confidentiality, prosecutor Charlotte Genberg has previously said about the case.
The accused denies the crime.
