Last Sunday, Bjørn Ole Helgestad was with some friends by a flooded stream in Knapstad in Norway. They decided to take a bath, but did not notice that there was a drainage pipe under the ground.
Bjørn Ole was sucked into the pipe, which was filled with water.
– The first thing I thought was to die, he says NRK.
On the other side of the pipe, Bjørn Ole was able to crawl out of the stream and call for help. He escaped with only scrapes on his arms and head.
– He has been incredibly lucky, says his mother Cecile Helgestad to NRK.
