Four people were injured following a two-vehicle collision involving a dump truck and passenger vehicle in Haldimand County on Friday.
Haldimand OPP say the collision occurred at Sandusk and Rainham Roads northeast of Hickory Beach at about 3:45 pm on Aug. 25.
The driver of the vehicle sustained serious injuries, and along with one of the passengers was airlifted to a Hamilton hospital for treatment.
The truck driver was not injured.
Police have charged a 39-year-old Waterloo driver with fail to yield to traffic under the Highway Traffic Act.
