As of August 25, starting from the launch of the Second Tranche of the 2022 Buy-Back Programme, UniCredit has purchased a total of 22,075,855 shares, equal to 1.14% of the share capital, for a total value of 489,860,290 .93 euros. On the same date, taking into account the purchases made during the First Tranche of the 2022 Buy-Back programme, UniCredit purchased a total of 147,112,028 treasury shares equal to 7.58% of the share capital.
