Pokémon GO shows new Pokémon for the season that starts in 4 days

A new season, or season, is upon us in Pokémon GO. Now came a first teaser including a new monster and the name of the season.

What’s going on in Pokemon GO? The Pokémon GO Fest 2023 was just running, which was not only a big event, but also a kind of conclusion to the current Hidden Gems season.

Because on September 1st you can count on a new season. At least the English title has now been announced for them.

Via Twitter/X, the official Pokémon GO account shared a teaser that ended with the title Adventures Abound, which could mean adventures abound:

Also seen in the teaser: One of the first Pokémon that we will probably see with the new season. The shadow reveals: Bailonda is coming to Pokémon GO.

What kind of Pokemon is Bailonda?

This is Bailonda: Bailonda should be particularly well known to players who chose the water starter Kwaks in Pokémon Crimson and Crimson. Because Bailonda is the end-end development of the popular duck.

This also fits with another teaser from Pokémon GO. They already announced that Paldea Pokémon would appear in the new season.

Here you can see the Paldea teaser from Pokémon GO:

Pokémon from the Paldea region are coming to Pokémon GO soon!

There, too, the starters from the Paldea region were already indicated. So it wouldn’t be a surprise if they might make their debut in Pokémon GO next Friday – that’s when the new season should start.

One can also speculate here, because the design of the season title in the teaser seems quite futuristic. That would suit some of the Paradox Pokémon that roam Paldea.

The surprising thing about Paldea: The fact that Pokémon GO is already looking at Paldea is a little unusual, because: Actually, monsters from the Galar region are still missing in Pokémon GO. Even popular starters like Hopplo, Chimpep and Memmeon are currently missing in Pokémon GO. However, the jump is first in the region of crimson and purple.
