“When the children are out of the house, we will move to a future-friendly home,” the couple had in mind. Nothing came of that move. They couldn’t find an affordable house in IJsselstein and they couldn’t even think about leaving the city, says Sjaak in his home. “We have our social life here, so we won’t leave.”
