As of August 18, starting from the launch of the Second Tranche of the 2022 Buy-Back Programme, UniCredit has purchased a total of 17,544,855 shares, equal to 0.90% of the share capital, for a total value of 390,660,767, 93 euros. On the same date, taking into account the purchases made during the First Tranche of the 2022 Buy-Back programme, UniCredit purchased a total of 142,581,028 treasury shares equal to 7.35% of the share capital.
