How could Finland continue?

In any case, Finland will play at least five matches in the tournament. After the three initial group games, there will be two further group games.

The two best from each group advance to the upper continuation blocks and the two weakest to the lower continuation blocks.

If Finland finishes in the top two in its group, it will play for places 1–16. If Finland is among the last two, the games will be played for places 17–32.

The wolf gang had a really hard block. Finland will face two medal candidates (Australia and Germany) and the competition hosts Japan. Getting into the top 16 and the next games therefore requires really hard success.

In any case, Finland has the best player in the group, the Utah Jazz’s NBA star Lauri Markkanen.

Finland’s opponents in the next group will come from the second group F played in Okinawa. The two best from the upper next groups will go to the quarterfinals played in the Philippines. The medal games will also be held in Manila, the capital of the Philippines.

If Finland continues its games in the lower extension group in Okinawa, there will still be enough stake in the games. Finland has a chance to grab a place in the Olympic qualification.

Seven teams from the World Cup (the two best in Europe, the two best in America, the best in Africa, the best in Asia and the best in Oceania) get a place in the Olympics. The next 16 best teams, on the other hand, go to the Olympic qualifiers.

The road to Paris is still rocky, as only four teams from the 24 Olympic qualifiers will make it to the Games.
