In Chad, the foundations of the inclusive and sovereign national dialogue began a year ago. Their objective was to lead the country to a return to constitutional order, after the death of Idriss Déby Itno, in April 2021, and his succession by his son Mahamat Idriss Déby. At the end of this dialogue, several recommendations and resolutions were formulated.
