The incident about the iPhone 15 series is claimed! Charging times can be shortened

The incident about the iPhone 15 series is claimed Charging

Will the iPhone 15 support charging up to 35W? Allegations about the iPhone 15 do not stop! While the speed of the claims increased as we approached September, now a new claim has come. This claim is quite striking.

iPHONE 15 MODELS MAY HAVE HIGHER CHARGING SPEEDS

According to the claim in the news of MacRumors; With the move to USB-C, iPhone 15 models can get faster charging speeds of up to 35W.

Allegedly, 9to5Mac claimed to have heard from industry sources that “at least some” of the iPhone 15 models can charge at this higher wattage.

IF TRUE, CHARGING TIMES WILL BE SHORT

Currently, iPhone 14 models can charge around 27W maximum, while Pro models can charge slightly faster.

Increasing this value to 35W will speed up the charging times and shorten the times.

Apple no longer sells a power adapter with the iPhone, but the company currently recommends a 20W+ charger for fast charging purposes. If iPhone 15 models support up to 35W charging, Apple may start recommending a 30W MacBook Air charger or a 35W Dual USB-C charger for maximum charging speed.

Earlier this year, Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo claimed that the iPhone 15 models will support higher charging speeds due to the switch to USB-C, while the higher speeds can be used with MFi-certified USB-C chargers, including a 20W power adapter.

There are also rumors that Apple will limit higher charging speeds to MFi-certified cables and chargers.

At the same time, there is a possibility that the highest charging speeds are reserved for the iPhone 15 Pro models.

However, it is important to remember: Since Apple has not yet introduced the iPhone 15 series, all that has been said cannot go beyond claims for now.
