Nearly nine months after the conclusion of the agreement between Lebanon and Israel, the maritime exploration platform TransOcean Barents arrived on Wednesday August 16 in Lebanese territorial waters. The platform chartered by TotalEnergie on behalf of the consortium that the French company formed with the Italian Eni and QatarEnergy should start drilling in about ten days.
