AIK confirmed last week that it was negotiating a sale of Tihi – but stated on Monday evening that nothing is ready.
“Due to the fact that al-Ahli has communicated the acquisition of Robin Tihi, AIK Football wants to clarify that the agreement between the clubs is not yet complete. However, AIK Football intends to complete the deal shortly,” the club writes on its website.
Aftonbladet stated last week that the transfer fee ends up at two million euros, corresponding to just over SEK 23 million.
