The latest leak for Genshin Impact has revealed the existence of a new playable character named Emilie, which is expected to debut in version 4.0 or 4.1.

Alongside Freminet, Lyney, and Lynette, there will be a new Fontaine character named Emilie. According to leaked information from Videre, Emilie is a Fontaine-based character who is a perfumer by profession. The full model of Emilie has been leaked, although her rarity and weapon mastery are not yet known.
She has short hair and a fluffy dress. Her appearance is similar to other female characters that remind some Reddit users of Echidna from the Re:Zero anime series. It was also leaked that Emilie’s name was mentioned in Lyney and Lynette’s voice lines. As update 4.0 approaches, more details about this mysterious character are expected to be revealed soon.
Genshin Impact community excited for character Emilie
On the Reddit thread, users hope that Genshin Impact actors Emilie will like her costume and become a Dendro user like Nahida and Collei. Some also said that the first design with blue hair and a pink dress is reminiscent of Remilia Scarlet from Touhou Project.
If this leak is to be believed, Genshin Impact players can expect Emilie to be included in the game after version 4.0. This version was to be released on August 10. It will be one of the biggest updates the game has seen since its inception, adding the Fontaine region, new artifacts, battle rust weapons, and even wishes.
