The moves of England and Colombia’s goalkeepers drew attention in the countries’ World Cup quarter-final. England won narrowly with goals 2–1.

England manager Sarina Wiegman reminded that he knew Colombia would be a tough challenge.
– We played very well in the first half. We were careless with the ball at times. Colombia were dangerous in their counter attacks. We conceded a goal, but we got back up. I already thought the Colombian goalkeeper had the ball in his hands, Wiegman said.
– I am proud of my team. We found ways to win duels. If we had taken better care of the ball, we would have won the game earlier.
