Every week with the editorial staff of French-speaking public radio stations, we discover a local product. Today we are staying in France, heading south and more particularly the Camargue where we are going to discover bull meat. A rare product which, contrary to what one might think, has nothing to do with bullfighting.

The Camargue bull is a rare product which benefits from a protected designation of origin and which chef Jean-Jacques Coclet cooks with respect.
