Utrecht – Entrepreneur Anouar Haki was shocked Sunday morning when he was suddenly called out of bed. There appeared to have been an explosion at his sandwich shop in the Overvecht district of Utrecht. Where there’s smoke, there’s fire, many people will think. But Haki has nothing to do with the criminal circuit, he suspects a bad boy trick. He is concerned about the trend that catering establishments can simply be closed after the discovery of an explosive device. “You can now close a business with a piece of fireworks worth 10 euros.”
