(Finance) – Industrial orders are increasing, against expectations for a contraction Germany in June 2023. According to the National Statistics Office Destatis, there was a 7% month-on-month increase in orderswhile the consensus was for -2%, after the +6.2% of the previous month (data revised from +6.4%).
Compared to same month of the previous year the orders result in 3% growth against the previous -4.4%.
Orders fromabroad they increased by 13.5%, with orders from the Eurozone increasing by 27.2% (thanks to the important order in the aerospace industry). Orders from outside the euro area increased by 5%, while orders interior they decreased by 2%.
