An arrest has been made in connection with a suspicious fire July 23 on Knight Road in Lambton Shores, say Lambton OPP.
Police said in a news release the fire on Knight Road was deliberately set and similar to a fire in a nearby home in June.
That led to a joint investigation by the OPP and Office of the Fire Marshal and a suspect was arrested Tuesday, police said.
Jacob Finkbeiner, 25, of Lambton Shores is charged with two counts of arson.
“Residents in Lambton Shores are urged to contact police if they observe suspicious activity on or near their property or contact their local fire department if they observe a suspicious fire,” the OPP said.
