PDF merge with Microsoft 365 iOS app

Microsoft is announcing another feature for its 365 iOS app, giving users the ability to merge PDF files.

The Microsoft 365 app handles well with functions that allow you to view, print, edit, convert to DOCX files, and more. Microsoft is now announcing another feature for the Microsoft 365 iOS app, offering users the ability to merge PDF files.

Combine your PDF files in two simple steps with the Microsoft 365 iOS app

Microsoft has highlighted a simple two-step process for merging your PDFs. First, select the files you want to merge from the Files to Merge page and tap Continue. The next step is to arrange your files in the order you want.

Then tap on the Merge button at the bottom to merge all the PDFs you selected. Also, you can get these PDF files later from Microsoft 365 app. So you can change your mind and make them individual PDF files.

Efficient PDF management with Microsoft 365

Merge PDFs is a paid feature and therefore not available for free Microsoft 365 users. iOS users must be a Microsoft 365 subscriber to merge PDFs through the app.

A Microsoft 365 Personal subscription costs $69.99 per year, which may not be cheap. However, Microsoft has added many new features recently. These include using PDFs in Teams and the new Copilot AI.

Combining multiple PDF files into one will not change the quality of your PDFs. You can also combine multiple PDF files to save on your iPhone. Merging also makes it easy to share your files. Because you send a single file instead of multiple files.

The Microsoft 365 app can achieve all this on your iOS devices. Multiple PDF files can also be combined using the Microsoft 365 app on top Android phones. But of course, you still need to be a Microsoft 365 subscriber for this.

PDF merge feature and Microsoft 365 subscriptions

Merge PDFs is limited to iOS users running Microsoft 365 Insider version 2.76 (Build 23062603). This feature will be available to general users in the coming weeks.
