Lizzo is being sued – allegedly forced dancers into sexual acts

Body positivism, feminism and anti-racism.
It has been world star Lizzo’s watchword throughout her career as an artist.
Now she is being sued by three former dancers for weight mocking, sexual harassment and discrimination.

Artist Lizzo, 35, is a nightmare to work with. In any case, if the accusations that are now being leveled against her are to be believed.

On Tuesday, three of her former dancers filed a lawsuit alleging that the artist and her production company have created an unhealthy work environment, writes Page Six along with several other American media.

In the application, it appears, among other things, that the singer must have subjected her dancers to a series of violations, including sexual harassment, discrimination and weight mocking.

Melissa Viviane Jefferson, as the artist’s real name is, has become known for her body positivity, feminism and encouraging her fans to be themselves.

The prompt: Eat the banana out of your vagina

During Lizzo’s world tour earlier this year, she allegedly forced the dancers to touch naked women and men at a strip club in Amsterdam, according to the lawsuit. That same night, she also allegedly encouraged the dancers to “catch dildos from the show performers’ vaginas” and to “eat bananas from their vaginas.”

Just a month later, she allegedly tricked the dancers into going to another strip show, leaving them no choice, according to the lawsuit.

Lizzo also allegedly falsely accused the dancers of drinking on the job and performing poorly, leading to constant threats to fire them. Something that went so far that she once allegedly forced them to audition for several hours in order for them to keep their places on the team. A dancer claims she was forced to urinate in fear of asking for a break.

Lizzo’s career got off to a flying start in 2019 when her song “Truth hurts” was featured in the Netflix film “Someone great” and became a viral hit. Since then, her career has skyrocketed and she has won three Grammys. Among her most famous songs we find “Good as hell”, “Juice” and “About damn time”.
