(Tiper Stock Exchange) – The Italian Insurtech Summitthe reference event for the insurance sector, will be held between 23 November and 1 December in extended form, with more days, more themes and more speakers and with an alternation between days in person and online. The event will take place, in the frame of Le Village by CA Milanin Corso di Porta Romana, and will be a unique opportunity for in-depth study and networking.
The new edition wants to put topical issues at the center of its agenda, such as training, insurance/financial education and skills, placing itself, for the first time, as a bridge between operators in the insurance world and young people, with the aim of encouraging the approach of the latter to the industry. For this purpose they will also be organized orientation and guidance sessions on the main tools for job searchto highlight the importance of invest in skills e to carry out initiatives skilling and reskilling for resources already operating within the sector.
The purpose of IIA is to create a meeting place for the entire supply chain, in which companies can talk to young minds, explaining what they are looking for, and at the same time create contamination and experimentation. The Summit will be a moment of sharing for all the players in the supply chain who will have the opportunity to discuss the news that are impressing the market and the solutions put in place by colleagues.
The event aims, at the same time, to become a amplifier of insurance culture. According to IIA estimates in fact, although 45% of digital consumers Italians would take out a digital policy, most he does not know any insurance products other than motor liability insurance. In fact, 30% of consumers would not know what to insure other than their own vehicle, making the fight against insurance malpractice one of the main missions of the association.
The Italian Insurtech Summit 2023 will be divided into 3 modules: the Insurtech Ecosystems & Insurtech Awards which aims to better understand the needs of digital consumers and how digitalisation can contribute to the insurance sector; the Italian Insurtech Market which will explore, with the participation of international speakers, the new business models and the offer of the insurance market; Talents & Skills & Training Awardsfocused on training, updating skills (skilling and reskilling) and projecting the future of work in the insurance sector.
