(Tiper Stock Exchange) – MFE-MEDIAFOREUROPE NV (MFE extension) closed the first half with Consolidated net revenues which amount to 1,369.6 million euros, practically in line with the 1,388.5 million of the first half of 2022. The Advertising revenue gross recorded a slight contraction: 1,343.7 million euros compared to 1,362.3 million in the same period of 2022, a decidedly lower drop than that recorded by many European broadcasters.
The Operating result (Ebit) is equal to 120.9 million euros, up on the 112.0 million of the same period of 2022.
The Net income consolidated income grew to 87.1 million euro compared to 84.6 million in the same period of the previous year, benefiting for 28.5 million from the increase in the controlling stake in the Spanish operations of the Group (to 84.45% in the first quarter and 100% from the second quarter against 55.69% in the first half of 2022) which were held by Mediaset España before the latter’s merger into MFE.
Net financial debt as at 30 June 2023 is equal to 807.6 million euro, down compared to 873.3 million as at 31 December 2022.
