If you had to choose only one household product, it would definitely be white vinegar. Economical and ecological, it can clean almost everything. But did you know that certain surfaces, foods or objects should not be cleaned with this product?
Marble or granite surfaces
Practical in the kitchen, white vinegar cleans, disinfects and degreases. But be careful if you have a marble or granite worktop, a wipe with white vinegar could damage the smooth and shiny surface and cause it to tarnish or even discolor it under the action of the product’s acidity. The alternative ? A mixture of water and dishwashing liquid (count 5 drops of dishwashing liquid for 200ml of water). Black soap or Marseille soap diluted in water are also good options.
