Suret Huseynov, one of the former prime ministers of Azerbaijan, who came to Istanbul Airport in the morning, was transferred to the hospital by ambulance due to sudden loss of consciousness and cardiac arrest. However, despite all the interventions, he died.
A statement was made from the Medipol Mega University Hospital about the death of Huseynov. The following statements were included in the statement:
“Mr. Suret Huseynov, one of the former prime ministers of Azerbaijan, was intubated by the 112 Emergency Service ambulance due to sudden loss of consciousness and cardiac arrest at Istanbul Airport today morning, and was brought to Istanbul Arnavutköy State Hospital with a heart-lung resuscitation maneuver, where necessary treatments were performed accompanied by resuscitation maneuvers. He was referred to our Medipol Mega University Hospital, which has a tertiary and tertiary intensive care unit, and was brought to the emergency room of our hospital under heart-lung resuscitation.At the first examination, it was found that he was unconscious and had no natural respiration and heartbeat.In this condition, the resuscitation intervention continued and the necessary medical treatments were administered. However, despite all efforts, it could not be returned.
