The high summer heat doesn’t seem to be returning. At least not in the near future.
Continued dreary summer weather is to be expected in most of the country.
– It is unstable all week long, says Anders Wettergren, meteorologist at SMHI to TT.
According to Anders Wettergren, most of us can prepare for continued mild summer weather in the coming days. According to the current forecast, any peak summer temperatures are not to be considered.
If you manage to be in the right place, you can get a little more sun in the coming week, but it is so unstable that it is difficult to know which parts of the country will get that luck.
Sunday’s weather will be dominated by showers and variable cloudiness.
On Monday, temperatures are expected to be between 15-20 degrees, with a risk of thunder in some places.
Rain and wind
During Tuesday, a low pressure is approaching from the southwest, and with it a new area of rain that will move up over the country.
The low pressure looks set to stay over Sweden during the week with occasional rain and wind – but interspersed with sunnier moments, according to SMHI.
Anders Wettergren flags that some warnings may appear during the week.
– It is unstable, but a warning for heavy rain may appear. A thunderstorm warning may also appear.
