(Finance) – As part of the takeover bid (OPA) voluntary totalitarian promoted by Abaco3 on the ordinary shares of Exprivia, a company listed on Euronext Milan and active in the development of innovative software technologies and the provision of IT services, it appears that today, 28 July 2023, 33,271 applications for membership have been presented. Therefore, overall the requests for membership are 253,938, equal to the1.126% of the offer.
The offer began on July 24, 2023 and will end on September 4, 2023. Borsa Italiana reminds you that the Exprivia ordinary shares purchased on the market on 1 and 4 September 2023 cannot be contributed in acceptance of the offer.
