The Sudanese army announced once again on Thursday its withdrawal from the talks in Jeddah aimed at obtaining a ceasefire agreement. For the first time, these negotiations between the military and paramilitary which had resumed at the beginning of July, were direct, but they did not succeed for all that. The two parties came back to the reasons for this new failure.
