New images released by the space technology company show the devastation of the war across Ukraine.
U.S. space technology company Maxar Technologies released new satellite images on Wednesday showing details of the devastation caused by the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
According to the company, the photos were taken on February 28, this week on Monday.
Abundant Cloud Cover over Ukraine has prevented Maxar from taking fresh satellite imagery in recent days. Instead, the company has looked at images taken by three satellites in the previous days.
New images published by Maxar show the devastation of the war from all over Ukraine. The pictures show badly damaged residential areas and commercial buildings and people queuing up in front of supermarkets.
The figures also show an increase in activity at a number of border crossings leading to Hungary, Slovakia and Romania.
