There is also damage to civil infrastructure and residential buildings, the governor writes on Telegram.
Rescue services are working to search for the injured in the affected locations in the port city. Pictures show, among other things, a bombed-out apartment building.
The air raid warning of Russian attacks has gone off several times during the night in the region. At 02.45 at the latest, residents were urged to quickly seek shelter.
