Amersfoort – Amersfoorter Dave L., who was sentenced to 16 years in prison for manslaughter of his fellow townsman Mike Duif, has officially appealed against the verdict. The court in Arnhem ruled two weeks ago that it has been proven that 55-year-old Dave L. robbed and shot his former business partner 27 years ago in the kitchen of his flat on the Ariaweg.
