Russia is considering attacking civilian ships carrying grain from Ukraine in the Black Sea and then blaming Ukraine, the White House said.
– The Russian military may expand its targets regarding Ukrainian grain logistics to also include civilian vessels, says Adam Hodge, spokesman for the US National Security Council.
According to Hodge, the charge is based on previously classified intelligence.
