Guinea slams the door of the OMVS, the Organization for the Development of the Senegal River. The Conakry authorities decided on Tuesday July 18 to suspend their participation in this regional institution, whose objective is to develop hydro-agricultural and electrical projects in the four countries crossed by the river: Senegal, Mauritania, Mali and Guinea.
