The prosecution is dropped against Manchester United legends – the jury could not agree on a verdict
All charges are dropped against Ryan Giggs, former Manchester United star and Wales captain. Giggs was charged with assaulting his ex-girlfriend and her sister.
During the trial almost a year ago, the jury could not agree on a verdict and now prosecutors have decided that the charges will be dropped and that there will be no new trial, states BBC.
