Zeist – A 33-year-old man from Zeist was caught last night for driving under the influence of alcohol and cannabis. He did not have a driver’s license, yet his girlfriend and a baby of several months old were in his car. Two weeks ago, the man caused a collision when he was already drunk behind the wheel.
