On the night of Tuesday at 01:18, the police and emergency services were called to Hylte, after several residents in the area heard breaking glass and saw smoke coming from Elias Fri’s school.
Information from witnesses was so detailed that the first police patrol was able to locate three young people aged 15 in the immediate area and bring them in for questioning, the police write on their website.
In addition to the school building, there is also a fire in the school’s leisure center Tossakärret, according to SOS Alarm. A large operation is underway and work at the crime scene is expected to continue throughout the night.
The police have started a preliminary investigation into arson.
