(Tiper Stock Exchange) – CONSOB has restarted the instructional terms regarding thetakeover bid concerning financial instruments of KME Group, holding company of diversified investments listed on Euronex Milan. The Offer Document approval deadline will expire on July 20, 2023, reads a note.
The resolution concerns, in particular, the promotion by KME Group of a voluntary takeover bid concerning all ordinary shares KME; a voluntary public tender offer concerning the savings shares KME; and a voluntary public tender offer concerning the “Warrants KME Group SpA 2021 – 2024″.
