(Finance) – As part of the takeover bid Partial voluntary tender offer on savings shares Of SAES Getters, a group listed on Euronext STAR Milan and active in the production of components and systems for industrial and medical applications, it appears that today, 14 July 2023, 150,697 applications for membership have been presented. Therefore, overall the requests for membership are 663,787, equal to 48.6390% of the offer.
The offer began on July 11, 2023 and will end on July 31, 2023. Borsa Italiana reminds you that Saes Getters savings shares purchased on the market on 28 and 31 July 2023 cannot be contributed in acceptance of the offer.
